What you’ll need:

• A relevant Motor Vehicle qualification (e.g., NVQ, IMI or equivalent)
• Industry experience within vehicle maintenance and repair
• A teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) — or the willingness to gain one with support
• Passion for training and developing others
• Strong communication and organisation skills
