For your voucher to come your way, these criteria need to be met by your friend or colleague:

• They must not already be registered with find.
• They need to be placed within 12 months of your original referral
• They must complete 60 days of work in their new role

Your voucher will be sent after they have completed 60 days in their new position

For your voucher to come your way to, these criteria need to be met by your referred contact:

• They must be actively recruiting, able to use our services and not already known to find.
• They need to hire a permanent employee through find within 12 months of your original recommendation
• Any hired individual must complete 60 days of work in their new role

You receive £500 for every candidate that we place through your referred contact for a period of 12 months from the original recommendation

Your voucher will be sent after each candidate has completed 60 days in their new position
