We’re working with an established and respected End Point Assessment Organisation to find inspirational, industry-savvy Hospitality End Point Assessors who are ready to make a real impact on the next generation of hospitality professionals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an End Point Assessor, you’ll play a crucial role in the final stage of apprenticeships, delivering fair, consistent, and inspiring assessments. You’ll work closely with apprentices and their employers to:
- Plan, carry out, and report on End Point Assessments (EPA)
- Use your industry expertise to make independent assessment decisions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sector standards
- Handle associated administration and reporting with accuracy and professionalism
This is a highly flexible role – perfect if you’re looking for better work/life balance while still doing meaningful work in the industry you love.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong front-of-house hospitality background, ideally covering housekeeping, reception, front office, and events
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (minimum Level 3 equivalent)
- A valid Assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA, TAQA, A1)
- A genuine passion for hospitality and developing others
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (you’ll be required to travel)
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other systems (training provided on EPAPro)
