The Opportunity
As CRO, you will:
- Architect and lead the entire go-to-market engine across verticals and functions.
- Own global revenue strategy: segmentation, pricing, packaging, forecasting, and annual planning.
- Build and integrate high-performing sales organisations, both organically and through acquisition.
- Champion a culture of AI-augmented selling, ensuring data-driven excellence across forecasting, RevOps, and customer impact.
- Serve as a key member of the executive team, regularly engaging with the board and investors.
About You
We’re looking for a growth leader who:
- Has 10+ years in B2B revenue leadership, ideally across consulting, training, or services.
- Understands how to sell complex, multi-stakeholder solutions into enterprise environments.
- Thrives in high-growth, fast-moving settings, with experience harmonising teams, territories, and pricing across acquisitions.
- Is passionate about the power of AI to reshape the workforce – and eager to set the standard for how revenue teams adopt it.
