I’m working with a fast-growing, mission-driven organisation in the tech & digital training space that’s looking for a senior commercial leader to own and grow relationships with a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients.
This is a senior individual contributor role – you’ll be the go-to for deepening strategic partnerships, influencing C-level decision makers, and driving significant revenue growth across existing accounts.
The role in a snapshot:
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Shape account plans with clear revenue targets and measurable results
We’re looking for:
- A proven track record in enterprise account growth
- Experience managing multi-threaded, high-value client relationships
- Excellent commercial acumen and influencing skills at senior level
- A collaborative operator who thrives in a high-performance culture
- Experience in the Human Capital market – selling services such as: Hire Train Deploy, Apprenticeships, Learning or Consulting.
- Experience within the Technology Skills market would be advantageous.
What’s in it for you?
Salary: £60-80k base + £90-110k OTE
Holiday entitlement – 30 days + bank holidays
