HR Officer

My client is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join their successful team near Watford.  This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on all aspects of HR, providing high-quality support to staff and ensuring the smooth operation of HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processes for all staff.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safer recruitment and safeguarding requirements.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and conditions of service.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and HR systems.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or willingness to study).
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within education.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and employment law.
