FIND are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a growing Ofsted graded Outstanding training provider to hire an Apprenticeship Enrolment Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Apprenticeships Operations, the Apprenticeship Enrolment Manager will help drive the results and continuous improvement of our clients apprenticeship enrolment team.
We are looking for a motivated and hard working individual with experience within the Apprenticeship sector to drive the Apprenticeship Enrolment Team to meet their sales and conversion targets whilst adhering to all funding rules, programme criteria, and compliance standards.
This is a hybrid role involving 2 days working at our clients head office in Bristol each week with the other 3 days being home based.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Apprenticeship Enrolment Team to meet their sales and conversion targets
- Assist Senior Coordinators and Coordinators in the smooth enrolment of learners onto apprenticeship programmes
- Ensure learner eligibility against programme and funding criteria, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified
- Ensure adherence to all funding rules, programme criteria, and compliance standards
- Regularly audit enrolment processes to ensure compliance is upheld
- Monitor and manage the retention of applications from initial enquiry to enrolment
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact the retention of learners throughout the enrolment process
- Oversee the planning and coordination of learners’ first day of learning, ensuring a smooth transition onto the programme
- Collaborate with eLearning and curriculum Teams to ensure correct setup of all First Days of Learning
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure they have all necessary information for successful learner allocations
- Provide direct line management for Senior Coordinators, supporting their professional development and ensuring they are achieving targets
- Oversee the performance of the Senior Coordinators and their teams, regularly monitoring team performance, providing support and strategic direction.
- Manage data and production of reports relating to monthly/quarterly starts, conversions, participant retention, event/delivery quality, quality assurance, destinations, impact and client satisfaction

- Work well under pressure with the ability to deal with issues as they arise. (E)
- Be open to change, actively seeking ways to improve all aspects of the business. (E)
- Knowledge of and affinity for the Education & Skills sectors (D)
